If you have not yet been able to sign into your new student portal and do not have your @byupathway.edu student email address, please do the following:
- Go to the student portal at https://portal.byupathway.edu/.
- Click the Student Portal Homepage button.
- You will be redirected to a Microsoft login page. Please use the following placeholder email to log in: login@byupathway.edu.
- You will then be redirected to a Church login page. Please log in using your Church account.
- Once logged in, navigate to My Profile > Username and Emails.
- Your @byupathway.edu student email address will be visible under Account Username and Email.
If you encounter any issues in this process, please submit a new request in the Help Center.
