Symptom:
The library screen is showing an error window that says "IP address is required"
Explanation:
This is because Workflows needs a Host Server to connect to in order to connect to the online database
Solution:
1. After opening the application, a Configuration window will pop-up. Under "Host information" select one of the available options in the drop down menu in "IP Address" and click '"OK". If this does not work move to step 2.
2. Access another computer which has access to Workflows and have the Library employee log in.
3. Navegate to the upper bad menu and click on "Help" and then select "Session Info..." This will pull up the current session information, Login information and Host information.
4. Under Host information, write down the IP address inder "Server IP address:"
4.1 IP Addresses that have worked in the past: '128.187.109.118' & 'staff.lib.byu.edu' (omit ' ')
5. Go back to the computer with the "IP address is required" error and type the IP address. Click "OK"
