How to Configure Call Forwarding on the Phone

Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding options:

  1. Press the Forward button on your phone:

  2. You will see three forwarding options:

    • 1 Always (Disabled)

    • 2 No Answer (Disabled)

    • 3 Busy (Disabled)

  3. The status (Enabled/Disabled) is shown in parentheses:

  4. To disable any of the options, click in Forward, then select the option again. If it is currently enabled, a ‘Disable’ option will appear:


1. Always Forward

  • Select Option 1 – Always.
  • You will be prompted to enter a contact number where all incoming calls should be forwarded.
  • After entering the number, press Enable.
  • The status will update to Enabled, and all calls will now be forwarded automatically to the number you provided:

2. Forward on No Answer

  • Select Option 2 – No Answer.
  • Enter the contact number to forward calls to after a specified number of rings.
  • Once configured, any call that isn’t answered within the set time will automatically forward to the entered number:

3. Forward When Busy

  • Select Option 3 – Busy.
  • Enter the contact number to forward calls to when your line is busy.
  • After enabling, all calls received while your line is in use will automatically forward to the specified number:

Note:
Each forwarding option can be enabled or disabled individually, depending on your preferences.
