This information is intended for students, instructors, Peer Mentors, and TechLab staff who need to understand when VPN access is required for coursework.
Background
The VPN is used to provide secure remote access to internal lab resources, servers, and restricted environments required for certain IT, Business Analytics (BA), and Computer Science (CS) courses.
VPN access is automatically provisioned for students enrolled in specific courses where access to protected infrastructure is required. Students who are not enrolled in these courses generally do not need VPN access and should not request it unless explicitly instructed by an instructor.
