Mail Delivery and Mailing Requirements

This KBA outlines the mail delivery schedule and the requirements for sending personal or college-related mail.
 

Mail Delivery Schedule

Mail is delivered to the campus on the following days around 11AM:

  • Tuesdays
  • Thursdays

Please plan any outgoing or incoming mail needs around these delivery days. All outgoing mail should be dropped off at the Helpdesk on the 2nd floor.
 

Mailing Requirements

Personal Mail

  • All personal mail must have a valid postage stamp before being placed in the outgoing mail area.
  • Personal mail without proper postage will not be processed.

Ensign College does not provide stamps.

College-Related Mail

Mail can be processed without a personal stamp only if it includes one of the following:

  • The Ensign College logo, or
  • The Ensign College address

This ensures the mail is recognized as official institutional correspondence.
