On December 22, 2025, all employees will begin using the new Ensign-only Workday tenant. Below are some common issues that may arise, including their solutions.

If they can’t log in:

First, try the standard password reset process to see if that resolves the issue. If not, proceed to step 2.

Please assign the ticket to Keith Klemas (he is also in the OIT and Helpdesk Collaboration teams channel, so you can message him directly there).
If they reach out because they aren't able to complete expense items:
If they find that their information is incorrect:
- Check to see if they can edit it themselves. Most personal data will be able to be edited, like (profile picture, address, checking account for payroll, etc.)
- If not, please reach out the HR (humanresources@ensign.edu)
Common things they would need HR for,
- Payment elections
- They didn’t receive a paycheck
- Their rate of pay is incorrect
- Their manager is incorrect
- Their job profile is incorrect
