Purpose:
This document lists the automated distro lists that are used by Ensign college. This document should help users understand who is included in each list and who can send to them. Email distro lists are meant to serve a single use case. If additional use cases are identified, we can make additional distro lists to meet that need. Please contact OIT to discuss the need and rules required to meet that need.
How to see who is in a Email Group you can send to:
Create a new email. Select the group in the TO field of the email. You will see a + with a circle around it next to the name.
Click that little + circle icon and it will remove the group and replace it with all of the names that are in the group. You can now verify that these are the correct people you want to send to.
