Summary
Students who did not receive their 1098-T tax form should be referred to the Cashier’s Office for assistance. Students can access their 1098-T online through their MyEnsign account by navigating to the Campus Finances tab and selecting View 1098-T. If the 2025 form is not visible, they may need to grant electronic consent before printing it.
An alternate method is to log into MyEnsign, select Make a Payment under Campus Finances, scroll to Tax Forms, and view or download the available 1098-T

To view your 1098-T statement online:
- Log in to your MyEnsign account. (For assistance logging in, please contact the Ensign Helpdesk at 801-524-8119.)
- Select the Campus Finances tab.
- Click View 1098-T.
- If you do not see the 2025 1098-T, you may need to grant consent to view the form electronically.
- Once consent is granted, your 2025 1098-T will be available for viewing and printing.
A second way to view and save/download the 1098-T.
- Log in to
- Under "Campus Finances," click "Make a Payment." This will take you to your My Account "Overview" page. Scroll down to "Tax Forms." (If you haven't yet, you might need to sign up for it)
- Click on Tax Forms, and it will open a new screen that shows you the tax forms that are available for you. You will have the option to view it and to save/download it
