Troubleshooting Eduroam Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting to Eduroam, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Reset Your NetID Password
- Ensure your NetID password is up to date.
- Visit this link to update your password.
- Wait approximately 10 minutes after resetting your password before attempting to connect to Eduroam.
Step 2: Configure Your Device

Connect to Eduroam
- Open your device's Wi-Fi settings.
- Select Eduroam from the available networks.
- Enter your college email address and your new password.

Trust the Network
- If prompted, confirm the connection by selecting "Yes, connect."
Step 3: Additional Troubleshooting Steps

Forget the Network
- In your Wi-Fi settings, select Eduroam and choose the option to Forget the Network.

Restart Your Device
- After restarting, reconnect to Eduroam using your updated credentials.
Step 4: Advanced Configuration (if necessary)
For some users, additional settings may be required:
- Identity Fields:
- In your Wi-Fi settings, enter your college email address in both the Identity and Anonymous Identity fields.
